This last week of September, there was a change in the air. You could feel less of the Summer heat leaving and hints of a late Autumn breeze. Although Puerto Rico doesn't experience the typical seasonal changes, I'm still very into incorporating items to my wardrobe that translate to transition.
For example, I started the week with a long balloon sleeve burnt orange NBD blouse from Revolve with 70's inspired bell bottoms, accessorized with a tortoise shell chain belt and finally a mini olive colored croc bag. To me, all these elements made the perfect combination for a Fall inspired look while living in a tropical island.
One of my other favorite outfits this week was a long sleeve dark ground floral blouse paired with light wash jeans. And no, florals are not just for Spring, that's a cliché. The long sleeve and dark ground are perfect elements that translate into Fall, while the light wash jeans still gives the look a nice casual tropical vibe which is perfect for the island.
