Since Quarantine started back in March, many of you have asked me how I'm able to stay healthy and happy. So here are a few of my tips:


Have a Morning Ritual


like to have a moment of silence and gratitude before I walk into the madness of our everyday life. My ritual consists of very simple yet crucial steps for me:

  • A glass of water as soon as I wake up to rehydrate

  • Cleanse and Moisturize

  • Read my Bible, write my affirmations, and check off yesterday’s to do’s.

  • Since very recently Yoga at 7 am  [...]
